CENERO Energy GmbH is conducting a potential analysis for the heat supply for the largest shopping centre in the south-east of Leipzig. The centre, which is over 25 years old, is to be assessed and optimised in terms of energy. Among the challenges are the more than 60 independent supply systems of the individual rental areas.

In coordination with the owner and the asset manager, Catalyst Capital, CENERO is focusing, among other things, on increasing efficiency through a central supply with its own CHP. CENERO and Catalyst Capital are confident that the potential analysis will be completed by the summer. The implementation is scheduled for spring/summer 2020.
