The Catella Group is active in 13 countries and is one of the leading financial groups in the areas of real estate and funds. We are very pleased that they have chosen CENERO Energy GmbH in cooperation with cenero.one as the plant operator and energy manager of their property in Neusäß near Augsburg.

In September, we acquired the 40.7 kWp PV system, which consists of 110 modules of 370 Wp each and an SMA inverter. With our expertise, we installed remotely readable electricity meters including a router and data logger to set up the energy management system with our cenero.one software. 

Cenero.one allows us to establish a tenant electricity concept. This means that the electricity generated can be consumed directly on site and accurately billed accordingly. The majority of the generated electricity is consumed as common electricity for the operation of heat pumps and ventilation systems.  As a result most of the building's energy requirements are generated on site, thus contributing to a noticeable reduction in CO₂.

With extensive experience in energy supply and the operation of energy generation plants, we convey our knowledge at this property and take the task of data recording and billing off Catella’s hands. Our smart meters, installed in strategic locations within the network, allow us to track consumption and generate accurate, reliable utility bills.
